Asia Pack Ltd has informed BSE/JSE that the members at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2012, inter alia, have approved the following:
- 1. Adoption of Audited Accounts for the year ending March 31, 2012.
- 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Garg as director.
- 3. Re-appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Sankhlecha as director.
- 4. Appointment of M/s. Manish Dani & Co. Chartered Accountants as statutory auditor of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this AGM until conclusion of the next AGM.
- 5. Appointment of Mr. Naveen Diwan as Executive Professional director.
- 6. Appointment of Mr. Niranjan Singh Puwar as Non-executive Independent director.
