Mr. Prakash Chandra Purohit
Designation: Non-Executive Non-Independent Director
Mr. Prakash Chandra Purohit was appointed to the Board of the Company in February 2010. He is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. He concurrently serves on the boards of various public and private companies and has vast business experience of over 30 years in the Manufacturing, Service, and Real Estate industries. At present, he is serving on the Board of Miraj Business Development Private Limited as a Director.
Mr. Kapil Paliwal

Mr. Kapil Paliwal was appointed to the Board of the Company on 9th November 2023 as an Additional Independent Non-Executive Director. He is a Postgraduate in Business Administration and has wide and varied experience of more than 10 years in the field of Accounts and Finance. At present, he is serving on the Board of Miraj Entertainment Limited and Miraj Developers Limited as an Independent Director.
Mrs. Jyotsana Vishnu Joshi

Mrs. Jyotsana Vishnu Joshi was appointed to the Board of the Company w.e.f. 23rd March 2024 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She has wide and varied experience of more than a decade in the field of education and allied activities. At present, she is serving on the Board of Miraj Entertainment Limited and Miraj Developers Limited as an Independent Director.
Mr. Manish Kumar Kothari

Mr. Manish Kumar Kothari has completed his Master’s in Commerce with specialization in Accounts and Finance. He possesses more than 14 years of rich and diversified professional experience in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and allied matters. He has demonstrated strong expertise in handling accounting operations, financial management, taxation compliances, and financial reporting. His experience and professional acumen enable him to effectively contribute towards financial discipline and efficient management of organizational affairs.
Mr. Lakshit Samar
Designation: Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Mr. Lakshit Samar holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Law degree and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi (ICSI). He joined the Company w.e.f. 6th December 2022 and is responsible for managing the Secretarial Affairs of the Company.
